1.  In 1958, our country in order to fill the gaps in the boron carbide material to introduced production technology and equipment from former Soviet Union to build up the country's first boron carbide enterprise,  annual production capacity is 30 tons. .That is the former of Mudanjiang Jingangzuan Boron Carbide Co., Ltd.
2.  In 1964, the company produced the first boron carbide seal rings use in nuclear  submarine for the state.
3.  In 1976, the company developed and produced the first boron carbide bullet-proof vest for the state
4.  In 1979, the enterprise changed its name to “Mudanjiang Second Abrasive Factory”.
5. In1984, the products of the company won only highest national award in the industry------ National Silver Medal for High-Quality
6. In 1997, the company was nominated for China Abrasives Industry Association’s vice-chairman of the units
7. In 2002, the company undertook two items of National Hi-Tech project "863" and  other projects , as one of the first  innovative enterprises in the province and the high-tech enterprises, it promoted the products innovation.
8. In 2003, the company bought out Mudanjiang Second Abrasive Factory, since then, the company embarked on a healthy track of rapid development.
9. In early 2004, nuclear-grade boron carbide poweder produced by the company was determined the national key new products
10. On April , 2004, the post-doctoral research station was  approved to set up by the China State Personnel Department and  unveiled in the company.
11. In 2005, we established a new joint venture company with China Abrasive Import and Export Corporation (CAEC)---Mudanjiang Jingangzuan Boron Carbide Co., Ltd.
12. In 2006, the company achieved a historic breakthrough, the main income reached a hundred million yuan .
13. In 2007, the company completed the state's key technical reconstruction  projects, investing nearly 50 million to complete fine powder and nuclear materials production lines and put into operation.
14. In 2008, the company has successfully completed its dust control and industrial waste water treatment projects , the company was awarded as "advanced environmental protection enterprise".
15. In  2009，the company abstained three system certification of ISO14000 ,ISO9001 and OHSM18000 systems . , it is the first qualified enterprise in the industry .
